The Kellogg plant in Cicero is set to close. Yesterday the cereal giant announced that they would be closing about 40 distribution centers by the end of the year. The company didn't say how many jobs would be lost, but it's reported that the Cicero facility employs 30 people full time. Kellogg says they are shifting distribution and there are retail customers interested in hiring some of the unemployed.
