Solvay Police say they received an anonymous tip which led to the discovery of the driver and vehicle involved in Wednesday's hit and run accident on Cogswell Avenue. Police arrested Ashley Barnfield for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Barnfiled is due in VIllage of Solvay Court on May 25. The 15-year-old victim was hospitalized and required surgery.
