An Oneida County man has been arrested after a domestic dispute in the Town of Paris.
27 year old Richard Marcano of Deerfield is accused of damaging another family member's vehicle and cops later found he was in possession of marijuana and cocaine.
Marcano has now been charged with a felony count of of Criminal Mischief along with other drug-related misdemeanors.Marcano is now being held on $10,000 bail.
