Mistrial Declared In Oneida County Murder Case

A mistrial has been declared after an Oneida County woman was charged with poisoning her boss.

The judge declared the mistrial in the case of 24 year old Kaitlyn Conley after the jury spend days behind closed doors but couldn't come to a unanimous verdict. Conley was charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of 60 year old Mary Yoder.

She was Conley's boss and the mother of her boyfriend Adam Yoder. Investigators say Conley poisoned her boss with a drug commonly used to treat gout. The defense attorney in the case claimed all the evidence was circumstantial.
