Manlius police has alerted the state to be on the lookout for a missing woman police believe might be suicidal.
Police say that 40-year-old Glenda Milage suffers from schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder, and was last seen on Kirpatrick Street in Syracuse on Sunday morning. Police say she was last seen on foot and wearing a tan tank top, white capri pants and red bandana and brightly colored sneakers. It's possible Glenda may be in need of medical attention.
