Watch As Cops Blow Up WWII-Era Explosives in Jamesville

Jamesville, N.Y. - Onondaga County is down a couple of World War Two-era explosives.

Sheriff's Deputies say a Manlius resident back in August turned in a live Japanese hand grenade, an anti-aircraft artillery round and a mortar shell.

The explosives were found in the belongings of a veteran who died in 2013.

The Onondaga County Sheriff's bomb unit helped Manlius police detonate the ordinances at the Jamesville Quarry.
