Cuomo Calls For Donations For Ravaged Puerto Rico

Albany, N.Y. - Governor Andrew Cuomo is calling on New Yorkers to help out our Puerto Rican neighbors.

It is 1987 on the island of Puerto Rico.  The territory’s representative in congress saying that back to back wallops from Irma and Maria have set the island nation back 30 years.

Gov. Cuomo is now suggesting donating cases of water, batteries, flashlights, portable lanterns, diapers, and baby wipes. Items can be dropped off between 9:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. at night at the State Office Building on East Washington St next to Syracuse City Hall.
