A man is in serious condition after he was shot in his car Monday night near South Avenue and Eastman Avenue.
Syracuse police tell us that officers at the scene responded to calls for shots-fired, a shooting victim, and a car crash. Officers located a man in his 20's wounded by a bullet. He was taken to the hospital and is in serious condition. Further investigation learned the victim was in a vehicle when he was shot, and was involved in a minor crash with another vehicle, which may have happened after the shooting. There were no injuries from the crash. Police have no suspect at present.
