Utica Teen Arrested In NYC After School Bus Shooting

Utica, N.Y. - A 17-year-old has been arrested for shooting a school bus last month.

Matthew Millan was arrested by U.S. Marshalls in the Bronx.  Utica Police say on Oct. 25 Milan shot a school bus that had just picked up students as it was leaving Proctor High School.

Investigators say that Milan was in an argument on Hilton Ave. adjacent to the parking lot where the bus was. During that incident someone from inside a car shot a gun, unintentionally striking the school bus. Officers say that one of the bullets hit a window frame and was found by police in a seat which was occupied by a child.

The Utica teen is facing felony charges of Reckless Endangerment and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
