Syracuse, N.Y. - The Disgraced Onondaga DA Investigator has been sentenced.
Peter Rauch will spend the next 2 to 6 years behind bars. He admitted to being drunk in March when he hit 18-year-old Seth Collier with his County Car leaving him for dead on North Salina Street. Collier passed away a few days after the hit and run crash.
The judge, at sentencing, said that Rauch had at least 16 drinks at three different bars before the crash.
