A Western New York kindergarten teacher faces federal charges that he received and distributed child pornography.
Roland Yockel was arrested during a raid at his home in Brockport Wednesday. Agents seized DVDs containing videos and images of child pornography. Federal prosecutors say Yockel lives with his parents, who provide babysitting services at the home. Authorities say Yockel posted child porn images online, but was being monitored by Homeland Security agents in the U.S. and investigators in New Zealand.
