A former school bus driver and one-time Syracuse DPW commissioner is facing child porn charges.(JIM)
State police say the inter-agency Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has arrested 61-year-old Jeffrey Wright of Syracuse for the felonies of possession of a sexual performance by a child and promoting the sexual performance of a child. Troopers say Wright had an image of a child under 13 depicted as child pornography. Until his arrest, Wright was a bus driver for West Genesee School District, and had been Syracuse DPW commissioner under Mayor Matt Driscoll from 2007 to 2009.
