Syracuse, N.Y. - Four teens are facing murder charges for killing a man in a Syracuse home invasion.
33-year-old James Smith was shot and killed in his Merriman Ave home last month. Syracuse Police arrested a 15-year-old boy was arrested on Wednesday, just a day after three older teens were arrested for the killing. 19-year-old Quinton Gathings, 17-year-old Tyrone Byrd, and 16-year-old Francis Mercado, are behind bars without bail at the Justice Center and the 15-year-old is being held at Hillbrook.
