Antifa Teacher Ordered To Pay Conservative Student Thousands In Damages

A middle school teacher, who is also a leader of a violent ANTIFA group By Any Means Necessary, received bad news from a judge after she failed to get a restraining order against Troy Worden the former president of the Berkeley College Republicans. Alameda County Superior Court Commissioner Thomas Rasch ordered that Yvette Felarca must pay $10,000 in attorney’s fees and $1,100 in court fees. According to Fox News Rasch ruled "that Felarca’s legal actions against Troy Worden, the former head of the Berkeley College Republicans, were not brought in good faith."

Felarca made headlines in the fall, when she participated in protests that turned into riots against conservative speakers on the Berkeley campus. In September, she filed for a temporary retraining order against Worden, claiming he was stalking her. One month later she filed for a permanent restraining order, but decided to withdraw it soon after.

Worden's attorney Mark Meuser testified that his legal expenses were over $150,000 and that he was hoping for more money from the judge.

Felarca's attorney's have vowed to appeal the ruling and said the judge supported Worden's political views:

This verdict was based on the judge’s decision to support the political views of Troy Worden and the alt-right and that is not acceptable

Felarca is still facing charges stemming from her role in the unrest on the Berkeley campus in the fall, and is due in court for a pre-trial hearing for felony charges from an incident in 2016.
