Fulton, N.Y. - A Fulton man is being accused of having sexual contact with a 9-year-old boy.
Fulton Police are charging Shane Vivlamore with sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child, and forcible touching.
Police say that he sexually abused the boy beginning in November through the end of last year.
