Two teens in Madison County were arrested for allegedly taking and sharing inappropriate photos of a fellow student, who is handicapped.
The two teens are ages 16 and 17.
The 16 year old was charged with disseminating unlawful surveillance in the first degree and endangering the welfare of an incompetent/physically handicapped person in the first degree, both Class E felonies.
The 17-year-old was charged with unlawful surveillance in the second degree, also a Class E felony.
The incident allegedly tool place during school hours, in the school.
The names of the suspects are not being released at this time.
The investigation was a cooperative effort between the Cazenovia Police Department and the Cazenovia Central School District.
