Former Syracuse Mayor Stephanie Miner tells USA Today's Albany Bureau that she's picking Pelham Mayor Michael Volpe as her running mate to try and oust Governor Cuomo this fall. Miner is a Democrat who is running as an independent while Volpe is a Republican. She tells "USA Today" she asked Volpe to join the ticket because he shares her values and wants to solve problems.
