Teen Charged With Murder Pleads Not Guilty, Brother Doesn't Appear In Court

A 13-year-old boy accused of killing two men during a robbery, was in court today. 

Brendell Elmore face charges in connection with last week's fatal double shooting in Eastwood. Brendell and his older brother, Treamon J. Elmore, 24, were arrested Monday by the Syracuse Police Department. They have been accused of fatally shooting two Syracuse men in Eastwood, 21 year old Luis Sepulveda  and  28 year old Christopher McLaurin.

Brendell entered a plea of not guilty to the charges of two counts of second-degree murder, first-degree robbery and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

His older brother was also suppose t o be in court today but he refused to leave jail. He is expected to be in court tomorrow.
