A U.S. Border Patrol agent from Oswego County is facing child pornography charges.54 year old Keith Hook of Oswego was arrested and charged with distributing child pornography over the internet. Hook allegedly used Kik Messenger to distribute child pornography to other Kik users. A review of his iPod showed approximately 34 image files and two video files depicting child pornography. If convicted, Hook faces at least five years and up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. He will also have to register as a sex offender.
