Jury deliberations are expected to begin today in the Buffalo Billion trial. Syracuse-based developers Steven Aiello and Joseph Gerardi are accused of bid-rigging involving some of Governor Cuomo's economic development initiatives. Former SUNY Polytechnic CEO Alain Kaloyeros is also facing charges. During closing arguments, defense attorneys said prosecutors have no proof the men took part in cover-ups or any other crimes. Prosecutors asked jurors to follow the lies they allegedly took part in and find the defendants guilty.
