Syracuse, N.Y. - Tops Markets has announced that they are closing two locations in the city of Syracuse and one location in Fulton.
Tops says as part of their restructuring plan the South Salina Street and Westvale Plaza stores along with the Fulton store on West First Street will be closing by the end of November.
The company is also closing stores in Elmira, Geneva, Saranac Lake, and the Rochester area.
The company said they will do all they can to try to relocate employees to other stores.
