Remorseful Percoco Prepares For Sentencing

New York - A remorseful former right-hand man to Governor Cuomo faces sentencing Thursday.

Joeseph Percoco wrote to the judge that he regrets making new yorkers question the integrity of their government and that he failed to live up to his own standards of integrity.

Percoco faces prison time after he was convicted in a bribery scheme involving Syracuse's Inner Harbor.  He along with Syracuse-based Cor Development executive Steven Aiello was convicted in March.

Percoco could spend up to 20-years in prison -- but it is expected that his sentence will be closer to 5-years.
