Double Homicide Suspect In Eastwood Charged With First Degree Murder

Syracuse, N.Y. - One of the suspects facing a litany of charges in connection to the Eastwood double homicide is now charged with first-degree murder.

24-year-old Treamon Elmore pleaded not guilty today to murder in the first degree. He is accused of executing two men during a robbery. 

In June , Elmore and his 13-year-old brother were charged for the shooting deaths of 21-year-old Luis Sepulveda and 28-year-old Christopher McLauren. 

A third sibling, Jazzmin Elmore, was also charged with second-degree murder this morning. 

Bail for Treamon was set at $50,000 cash, or $1 million bond.
