Buffalo, N.Y. - Tops has announced when it's closing three of its Central New York stores.
The locations on South Salina Street in Syracuse and West Genesee Street in Geddes will go out of business October 30th. The West First Street store in Fulton will close October 27th.
Tops says the stores need to be shut down as part of the company's financial restructuring.
