4 Of 5 Involved In Dewitt Chili's Murder Arraigned This Morning

Syracuse, N.Y. - Four of the five suspects in the DeWitt Chili's double homicide were arraigned in court this morning.

William Wood, Jerome Pinkard, Ronald Green, and Ryan Brown were indicted last week and pleaded not guilty this morning. 

Wood was indicted on two counts of murder in the first and two counts of murder in the second.

Green was two counts of murder in the second, robbery, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

Brown for hindering prosecution 

Pinkard for criminal sale of a firearm. 

All five were charged in September for the deaths of Kristopher Hicks and Stephen Gudknecht who were killed during a robbery at the Chili's in DeWitt.

The fifth suspect, Tracey Brown scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon  on two counts of murder in the second, robbery, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
