UPDATE 1/17/2019 1:30 pm: The lockout has been lifted. Madison County Sheriff’s are currently questioning two non-students who are both considered “a person of interest”.
Morrisville, N.Y. - Morrisville-Eaton Middle-High School is on lockout.
The school's principal received a letter that contained a specific threat to the school.
The district called 911 immediately and the school went on a lockout. In a lockout, unauthorized visitors to the building will not be allowed to enter
There is a large law enforcement presence on campus right now.
As a precaution, the Middle/High School has also been placed on lockout.
Sources say the person who made the alleged threat is not currently a student of the District.
