Town of Western , N.Y. - Yesterday around 2 in the afternoon State Troopers responded a home on Gifford Hill Road in the town of Western for a Stabbing.
They found that Alan Rizzuto Jr. was allegedly stabbed by his brother, 25-year-old Aarin during a physical fight.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
Aarin Rizzuto was charged with Assault 1st degree, a class “B” felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
He was transported to the Oneida County Jail.
