Taberg, N.Y. - State Police arrested a 25 year old Taberg man for holding a woman against her will and raping her. Joshua Santee allegedly raped a 34 year old woman at a home in the town of Trenton.
He faces 4 felony charges:
- Rape 1st degree (B Felony)
- Unlawful Imprisonment 1st degree (E Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree (D Felony)
- Tampering with Physical Evidence (E felony).
Santee was arraigned in the Oneida County Centralized Arraignment court and was remanded to Oneida County Jail without bail
