Syracuse, N.Y. - The county is looking for people interested in serving on one of over 20 boards.
County Executive Ryan McMahon, announced the launch of a brand new website allowing residents of the community to submit their resume to serve on a County Board. Right now the county has several vacancies to fill.
The website lists each board with a brief description. People can choose which board or boards they are interested in serving on. As vacancies come up, resumes will be reviewed.
IN a press release, McMahon says “Onondaga County is home to the best and brightest and getting new perspectives will help us move forward together. I can’t wait to work with our various County Boards as we address poverty, infrastructure and economic development.”
