Woman Who Killed Her Friend While Driving Drunk, Caught DWI Again

Syracuse, N.Y. - A woman who served time in prison for drunk driving, in a crash that killed her friend, has been arrested for Drunk Driving.

26 year old Chelsea Kuss crashed and flipped her car on Tipp Hill, last Wednesday. Syracuse police have charged her with felony DWI, and other traffic violations.

Kuss was 17 when she hit a van head-on while driving drunk. Her passenger and friend, Victoria Deverso was killed.

Kuss was released from prison in March 2016 after serving six years for vehicular manslaughter.
