Man Who Drove Drunk And Killed Two Sentenced

Syracuse, N.Y. - The man who struck and killed a father and his son while he was driving drunk has been sentened to 7 to 21 years in prison.

Eric Dempsey sped away from police when they attempt to stop him. He blew threw a stop sign and slammed into another car, killing 49 year old Edward Rice and 22 year old Robert Owens.

Dempsey's blood-alcohol level was 3x over the limit and he had two prior DWI arrests.
