Onondaga Lake Parkway Reopens After Tractor Trailer Crashes Into Railbridge

Liverpool, N.Y. - The Onondaga Lake Parkway is open this morning after shutting down for hours last night.

Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies say that Tyron Gibbs, of Syracuse, ignored the signs along the parkway and drove his tractor trailer into the railroad bridge.

The parkway reopened around 10:00 p.m.

Gibbs wasn't hurt. He was ticketed for failing to obey traffic control devices.
