Town of Theresa, N.Y. - State Police say a Watertown man is dead after being hit while riding his motorcycle.
Sunday morning around 10, 22 year old Laura Spencer of Watertown, was traveling south on Route 37 in the Town of Theresa when her vehicle crossed over into the northbound lane striking a motorcycle driven by 46 year old Shawn Rockefeller.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. His pasenger Kristi Rockefeller was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Spencer was taken to a hospital, treated and released. She was issued a ticket for failure to keep right.
The investigation is continuing.
