Oswego, N.Y. - Oswego Sheriffs have arrested a man they had their eyes on since July.
56 year old Paul Allen,of Mexico,has been arrested on numerous counts of Forcible Touching and Sex Abuse. His victims range in ages from 11 to 57 and the dates of reported abuse range from 2015 until this year
