Syracuse Teen Pulled Out Of The Water And Arrested

Syracuse, N.Y - Syracuse Police have just released that they arested a teen after pulling him out of the water.

Nov 4th police tried to pull over a car, which refused to stop. It finally struck a curb, causing both front tires to blow out. The driver 19 year old Chaz Goslee, fled the scene running into Onondaga Creek. Officers were able to pull Goslee despite his resistance and cuffed him.

A front seat 16 year old passenger was detained and later released to his guardians.

Goslee had an active felony and a misdemeanor arrest warrant for drug possession. He faces a variety of charges.
