Robert Nuelander's New Court Date Set For June 1st 2020

Syracuse, N.Y. - Former Dewitt doctor, Robert Neulander, made his first court appearance today since his murder conviction was overturned.

Neulander was convicted of killing his wife, Leslie, in April 2015. He was accused of covering it up trying to make it look like she fell in the shower. In October, the guilty verdict was overturned.

Neulander has remained free on $1 million bail since July 2018. His lawyers asked for a reduction in bail but were denied. Neulander's defense team also asked the judge to allow him to travel out of the state for Thanksgiving. Judge Miller said he will consider that request , and the judge set a date for the new trial, June 1st 2020.
