UPDATE: State Police arrested Kenneth Rice Jr., from Scranton, PA who was the driver and had a warrant for his arrest. He and a female passenger we evaluated by EMS and refused treatment.
Town of Lysander, N.Y. - State Police tried pulling a car over this morning around 8,. It didn't go well for the driver of the vehicle.
The vehicle refused to pull over along county line road in the Town of Lysander. After a chase by Troopers the driver ended up crashing into the creek, spilling gas into the water. Haz-Mat team was called in and the fuel was contained.
The people in the car got out without any serious injuries.
