Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police are now investigating what has turned into a homicide.
Christmas Eve they responded to a shots fired call in the 200 block of Turtle Street. hye found a 30 year old Donjuante Anderson, with a gun shot wound to his upper body. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition, but police say he has since died.
The investigation is active and on going, anyone with information is asked to call the Syracuse Police Department at (315) 442-5222.
