Repeat Drunk Driver Sentenced For Killing A Nedrow Man

Syracuse, N.Y. - A repeat drunk driver, who struck and killed a man while drunk and left him to die on the street will spend 6 to12 years in jail.

Ander Grady Jr was extremely drunk, more than twice the legal limit, when he struck 68 year old Charles Hart, in September on South Salina Street. By the time police arrived Grady had fled the scene. He was hiding at his Mother's house. A tip led police to Grady and he was arrested.

He pled guilty to mansluaghter charges and was sentenced today. Grady had two prior drunk driving convictions.
