Wampsville, N.Y. - Central New York is mourning the first death connected to COVID-19.
Madison County officials say that they've confirmed that an elderly person with underlying health issues passed away a few days ago from complications with the disease. Over the weekend officials shared that another one of their residents had contracted the virus.
