Geddess, N.Y. - Geddes Town Supervisor Gerald Albrigo has been charged with driving while intoxicated
New York State Police say the 62 year old Albrigo,of Solvay, was caught speeding on State Fair Blvd in the town of Geddes. He was going 60 in a 40 zone and was crossing hazard markings.
Troopers say he had a BAC of .12 .
Albrigo was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Geddes Curt at 4 p.m. Aug. 3.
