Robert Neulander will be waiting a bit longer for a new trial.
Onondaga County DA Bill Fitzpatrick says that since the court system is backlogged due to the coronavirus crisis, Neulander's trial has been pushed back until February 2021.
Neulander was originally found guilty of murdering his wife Leslie back in 2012, but that conviction was overturned due to juror misconduct. Neulander has been free on bail since July 2018.
