A teenager who was hurt during a mass shooting in Syracuse has died from his injuries.
Police say 17-year-old Chariel Osorio was one of nine people struck by gunfire during a party in the area of Wyoming Street and West Fayette Street last Saturday night. The eight other victims all survived. Officials believe the shooting was gang related and they're still trying to track down the people responsible.
