Syracuse, N.Y. - Central New York sees two fatal accidents within 10 hours...
The first fatal crash happened just before 9:30 in the town of Preble. State police say two cars were involved. The area was closed off for several hours. No word at identity of the person who died nor the condition of the other victims.
Crews remain on the scene of another crash in Canastota. This one happened on Route 5 between Oxbow Rd and Tuttle Ave around 7:15. The area was closed for some time as police investigated. Authorities say a person did die in that crash that involved a truck carry propane tanks. No names have been released regarding this accident either. That road has reopened.
