Syracuse police say they've arrested a teen wanted in connection with a homicide earlier this month.
According to investigators, 17-year-old Cody Windley was taken into custody over the weekend. Officials say he stabbed 36-year-old Franchelli Almonte on December 11th. Almonte was reportedly trying to help out the daughter of one of her friends when she was attacked. Windley is facing several charges, including murder.
