New York Covid Numbers Continue To Drop

Albany, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo providing more good news today.

Across the state, from hospitalizations to infection rates, the numbers continue to drop in the fight against COVID 19.

Cuomo said, "its a sign of hope to all and proof of the dedication New Yorkers have shown to defeating this beast."

The state's positivity rate is 3.54%, 7-day average is 4.16%, the lowest since Dec 1st. Those numbers mark the 34 consecutive day of decline.

There were 122 more deaths. The state has the lowest number of hospitalizations since December 26th.

Cuomo said "We are headed in the right direction, but we are not at the end of the tunnel yet"

He urged NY'ers to continue safe and follow COVID guidelines.
