The state's Assembly Judiciary Committee will be issuing subpoenas as their impeachment investigation into Governor Cuomo continues.
Panel members agreed Wednesday to subpoena people who may not be willing to provide testimony or requested documents. They also didn't rule out the possibility Governor Cuomo could be called to testify.
