Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse man, has turned himself in regarding a recent murder.
Kenneth Kinsey is charged with the murder of Bobby Fort Jr. on June 5th.
Kinsey turned himself in Thursday and was arraigned today.
He has already spent 11 years in federal prison for racketeering.
If convicted in Fort’s death, Kinsey faces up to 25 years to life in prison.
