Oswego, N.Y. - The city of Oswego and the Port Authority are now looking to discuss possible solutions to their dispute over a construction project.
Mayor Billy Barlow said the city is looking to begin good faith discussions with the authority. The dust up began when construction of a storage facility didn't match the plan the city had agreed to. in fact the structure would have blocked the lake views.
Earlier this week Barlow announced that the city would sue the Port Authority over the project,
