State Police Arrest A Syracuse Couple On Multiple Drug And Gun Charges.

Syracuse, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a Syracuse Couple on Multiple Drug and Gun charges.

Troopers conducted a traffic stop of a U-Haul truck Tuesday. The driver, Anthony Glen fled on foot.

Later they found Glenn at a house on Carbon Street in Syracuse where he was arrested.

After searching the truck and the house, they found over an ounce of Fentanyl/Heroin along with some crack cocaine both packaged for sale, a loaded .40 caliber pistol magazine, a stolen AR15 rifle, 2 high capacity AR15 magazines, ammunition, and more than $12,000 in cash.

In addition to Glen, a woman Kimmie Cook was arrested as well. Below is a listing of the charges both face.

Anthony E. Glenn–30-year-old male:

  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rddegree w/ intent to sell (B-felony)
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5thdegree w/ intent to sell (D-felony)
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7thdegree (A-misdemeanor)
  • Fleeing and Officer in a Motor Vehicle 3rddegree (A-misdemeanor)
  • Resisting Arrest (A-misdemeanor)
  • Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nddegree (A-misdemeanor)

Kimmie R. Cook–25-year-old (female):

  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rddegree - Assault Rifle (D-felony)
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd– High Capacity Magazine (D-felony) (2 counts)
  • Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4thdegree - Firearm (E-felony)
